Is there anything more satisfying in fabric than a really good shape? In this pop up we’ll explore a variety of skills and poses based around the strongest polygon of them all—the triangle! Class will include both skill instruction and ample time for guided exploration.
Pre-Requisites: Students should ideally be level 300+ and have familiarity with the ‘opposite side balance split.’ Ability to repeatedly invert comfortably in the air suggested!
Class will include the opportunity to get flexy, so come prepared.
