Lyra Drops 2: Now with More Spanset!

Let’s tick-tock from the top! We’ll utilize both the spanset and the hoop to add this timeless drop to your bag of lyra tricks. [Note: there will be hands-on spotting as needed]

Prerequisites: Strong straddle and pike inversions, a straddle back and a crucifix hold in the spanset, comfortable front and back balances. Previous experience with Lyra drops and familiarity working in the spanset is recommended. Knowledge of a trashcan drop on another apparatus is also recommended, but not required.
