Still trying to improve your Russian rolls and/or Mill circles? Or do you have them down and want to try going the other way? This workshop will offer tips and drills for all of the above, as well as workshopping rolls from hip hang (a.k.a. Hip circles) and Single hip hang rolls — both of which can go forward and backwards!
Pre-Requisites: Participants must be level 3+ on sling or lyra, or level 200+ on silks, and be able to pullover repeatedly without tagging.
