Trapeze for Squirrels

Get ready, gremlins! This workshop is perfect for those who aren’t scared to get a little squirrely in the trapeze ropes. We will work on a sequence intended to wind up and down the trapeze, using all the best real estate and finding hidey holes for our acorns.

Pre-requisites: Open to intermediate bar students, must be able to perform ball tucks under the bar, front balance rollups, and pullover to hip hang. Inverts are a plus.
