Straps Sequencing w/ Mykelle Walton

In this workshop Mykelle will present some of her combinations and sequencing that she has created on straps. This workshop will function as a repertory overview, introducing students to three new combos; under the straps, on top, and in between!

Prerequisites: Straight arm inversions and a stable and strong stalder hold (straddle) when on top of the straps.
