Lyra and trapeze are exactly the same, except different. In this workshop, we will look at some classic lyra poses and sequences and how they translate to the straight bar. Get a feel for familiar moves on an unfamiliar apparatus and learn a few trapeze-specific variations!
Pre-requisites: Great for students with previous lyra or bar experience, but all beginners welcome.
