In this exploratory fabric workshop we will turn our focus to wheel down technique. We will examine the basic theory of the wrap, as well as some of the many creative entries and exits. How does core connection help us achieve this seemingly weightless drop? While some instruction will be step by step skills, I will also push students to creatively (and safely) explore the wrap and descent.
Pre-requisites: Solid inversion multiple times into catchers. Be comfortable moving through a back balance with hands. Ability to think clearly and calmly in the air.
