Lyra Flow w/ Jenna Ciotta

This workshop, for intermediate (or high beginner) hoop artists, will offer pathways and transitions between belly and back, top and bottom bar, and familiar poses within the hoop in order to expand sequencing opportunities. Students will learn combinations and also be given the theoretical tools necessary to make their own combinations smoother and more seamless.
