Straps: Low Flow
In this workshop we’ll take a look at some fun and sequencing that you can play with if your straps are rigged low to the ground! We’ll play with making a straps loop, using our hand loop as a footlock, sassy spin variations, and maybe even a new support hold shape or two! The material in this class will be presented mainly as a jumping off point to jump start your own low flow creativity.
Don’t worry, there will be plenty of conditioning to go around as well!
Pre-requisites: This workshop is open to anyone with a current straps practice or silks students level 350+
