Beginner Silks Conditioning

Conditioning for Introductory Silks Students (101,150,151)- In this class we will condition on and off the silks. Students will be led through a set of exercises to help increase their strength in ways that assist their aerial journey. Silks and any necessary props will be provided.

Pre-requisites: Open to all ATA aerial beginners
